We are a spin-off from ETH Zurich, one of the world's top six universities, on a mission to enable ML teams to deliver robust and trustworthy AI systems, solving a fundamental challenge to the widespread adoption of AI! To solve this challenge, we are building the world’s first platform that enables companies to deliver robust AI models.

After successful validation of our LatticeFlow platform across key industries, we are now hiring our First Sales Engineering team, to help our clients understand how they can deliver robust AI models to production with LatticeFlow. To succeed with this, you will deliver high-impact presentations and demos to communicate the benefits of LatticeFlow to prospects and guide them through the evaluation of our products

We are a small but dedicated team and expect everyone to be self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment!


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-impact presentations and demos to prospects  to clearly communicate the benefits of our LatticeFlow platform to prospects, tailored to their requirements and challenges;

  • Guide clients in evaluating LatticeFlow through Proof of Concept projects (POCs)  by assessing their technical requirements, defining objectives, scoping a POC action plan, supporting the client throughout the evaluation process, and communicating intermediate and final results with stakeholders;

  • Drive deals across the sales pipeline – by supporting the sales team with technical qualification of prospects and conducting demos and POCs with the prospects in our sales pipeline;

  • Set up the pre-sales organization by formalizing the pre-sales process to enable scale of the organization with additional solution engineers joining the company.


What you'll bring to our team

  • 5+ years of experience with pre-sales of B2B SaaS products;

  • A blend of technical knowledge with a passion to work with clients;

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to excite stakeholders, and clearly communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences;

  • A startup mindset with the ability to navigate in a dynamic environment and lean process structure.
