After successfully validating our platform across key industries and raising an additional $12M Series A round, featured on TechCrunch and SkyNews, we are now focused on expanding our team to accelerate our go-to-market. We are hiring a Director of Finance to set up the company's finance organization and ensure our finance and governance activities run smoothly. We are a small but dedicated team and expect everyone to be self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead all related finance activities, including accounting, invoicing, payments, and payroll;
  
• Lead company budget and forecasting for strategic planning;

• Ensure regulatory compliance with local authorities (in Switzerland / US) by ensuring required services and taxes are prepared, reported, and paid;

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheet, cash flow).

What you'll bring to our team

• Proven track record of experience in finance, analytics, and management
• Affinity for tech startups and experience with technical and digital environments
• Experience with Swiss and US accounting and finance standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Fluent in English and German
