We are a small but dedicated and fast-paced team with experience in bringing cutting-edge research into products. The founding team has previously built two successful ETH spin-offs acquired by PwC and the cybersecurity unicorn Snyk. We are freshly funded by top European investors - btov and Global Founders Capital - and are now expanding our core team to help us deliver the first version of our product to the global market!


Your role at LatticeFlow

As a Commercial Lead on our team, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Research the market, develop and execute our commercial strategy to build up customer traction

  • Identify prospects and structure outreach campaigns

  • Maintain sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals

  • Critically analyze client interactions, share feedback with our product team, and iterate on our commercial strategy

  • Build up our commercial team at the next stage

What you'll bring to our team?

  • Commercial experience in the B2B SaaS industry. Experience with selling AI-related products to a technical audience and understanding of the enterprise AI market is a plus.

  • Ability to close business with emerging tech companies and enterprises

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and competitive mindset

  • Ability to build and lead a commercial team

Job requirements

We are an ETH spin-off located in the city center of Zurich, just across the street from the Computer Science building of ETH Zurich.
